All vendors have to deposit EMD amount to the account as mentioned in the tender. Bid without the EMD amount will not be considered. | | 3 | Query was raised on the details of technical bid scrutiny? | As specified in the tender document, all vendors will be assessed against the established technical criteria, with a minimum score of 50 marks required for the bid to be considered. | | 4 | Whether hiring of car will be on monthly basis? | The hiring of car will be on need basis only. | | 5 | How will the financial bid be scrutinized? | Among tenderers who qualify in the Technical Evaluation, the lowest rate quoted for each vehicle category and travel segment shall be established as the applicable rate. Only those tenderers who expressly commit in writing to undertake services at these benchmark rates shall be considered for empanelment. Work orders will subsequently be allocated on a rotational basis among the empanelled tenderers. | The above-mentioned clarifications are issued for information of all the intending tenderers.
