Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Please refer to the e-Tender no: RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/HRMD/11/25- 26/ET/1056[Packaged Drinking Water Supply] for the captioned work invited on February 25, 2026 through RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) and MSTC website (www.mstcecommerce.com).

2. In this connection, it is hereby informed that the last date for submission of EMD and bids has been extended up to March 26, 2026 (23:59 hrs) and March 27, 2026 (13:00 hrs) respectively, and Part-I opening of tender will be on March 27, 2026 (15:00 hrs onwards).

3. All the other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document remain unchanged.
