The queries raised by the above firm vis-à-vis clarifications provided by RBI officials during the meeting are as follows: | S. No. | Queries / Proposals | Clarification furnished by RBI Officials | | (i) | Whether experience certificates issued under the previous name of the firm are acceptable. | Yes, provided that documentary evidence for change of name of the firm is submitted. | | (ii) | When submitting wage details in the financial bid, clarify whether Goods and Services Tax (GST) is to be included or excluded. | The bidder should submit the total wage per person, inclusive of EPF, ESI, Bonus, and any other statutory dues payable on a daily basis, exclusive of GST. | | (iii) | Whether Service Charge component of the Bid includes consumables? | No. The bidder may quote the rate for consumable items like cleaning materials, room fresheners, mosquito repellents, etc under the 'SUPPLY OF MATERIALS/OTHER ITEMS' of Schedule of Quantities.
Further, the bidder may quote a service charge as per their ability to offer all the services in accordance with terms and conditions mentioned in the tender. | | (iv) | How will the rates for the food items be determined? | The menu and food rates for occupants/ trainees will be mutually decided by the Bank and the successful bidder, post award of tender. | | (v) | With respect to catering, whether the occupants' food bill amount will be reimbursed by the Bank? | No. The expense for the food items consumed by the guests shall be borne by the guests themselves.
However, for employees attending training at the Zonal Training Center (ZTC), RBI Chennai, the expense for the same shall be borne by ZTC Chennai. | 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of prospective bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of bid document / Agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers.
