Representatives from six firms viz., M/s. Escon Elevators Private Limited, M/s. Techno Industries Private Limited, M/s. Lift Trade Private Limited, M/s. OTIS, M/s. KONE Elevators India Private Limited and M/s. Schindler India had participated in the pre-bid meeting along with officials of the Bank. List of participants is mentioned in Annexure-I. The following queries / proposals were raised during the pre-bid meeting. The bidders are advised to submit the bids through the newly incorporated MSTC portal (version 3.0) only, along with the documents in support of the eligibility criteria as mentioned in NIT/tender document. -
Bidders are advised to quote well before the last day of tender submission to obviate any chance of technical issues during uploading. -
Bidders are advised to upload a signed copy of the minutes of pre-bid meeting. Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document continue to remain unaltered. Submission of tenders shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications as mentioned above.
