The Contractor shall deploy or withdraw manpower strictly in accordance with the directions issued by the Bank from time to time. Reimbursement towards manpower engaged shall be made by the Bank strictly in accordance with the applicable minimum wages as notified by the Ministry of Labour & Employment from time to time, along with applicable statutory contributions. No additional claims beyond the manpower duly approved by the Bank and the applicable statutory wages and contributions shall be entertained by the Bank. | | 2 | Whether the maximum prices specified for various items in the tender constitute the ceiling price for quotation by the bidders in the price bid? | No. The maximum prices indicated in the tender do not constitute a ceiling for the prices to be quoted by the bidders. Bidders may quote prices higher than those specified. However, for the purpose of evaluation, the lowest prices quoted by the bidder shall be considered for determination of L-1 (Lowest Bidder). | | 3 | Whether Trusts/ Charitable Trusts are allowed to participate in the captioned tender? | Registered Public Trusts / Charitable Trusts shall be eligible to participate in this tender, subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and submission of the following documents along with the bid: 1. Copy of Registered Trust Deed and Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority under the applicable law. 2. List of Trustees / Governing Body Members, duly certified by the Trust. 3. Board / Trustee Resolution authorizing participation in the tender and authorizing a specific person to sign and submit the bid documents on behalf of the Trust. 4. The Trust shall submit all other documents, certificates, undertakings, and declarations as specified in this Tender Document and as may be applicable to it in accordance with the relevant laws, rules, and tender conditions. | 4.
