Para J(vi) | The Contractor shall be liable to pay minimum wages under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 & rules made thereunder, Employees Provident Fund under EPF & MP Act 1952, Bonus and / or dividends as per Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, ESI under ESI Act, as applicable and all other statutory payments that are required to be paid to the persons deployed/engaged for the purpose of the contract.
