Section III:
1. Movement of precious cargo is to be undertaken between Nagpur or/and Raipur or/and Jagdalpur and five identified places viz. Kirandul, Bhanupratappur, Bhopalpattanam, Bacheli and Keshkal which are subject to change as per the requirement, in the state of Chhattisgarh. The precious cargo may be taken from Nagpur or/and Raipur or/and Jagdalpur Airport to the above identified five locations.
Movement of precious cargo shall be undertaken from Jagdalpur after ensuring operational feasibility at Jagdalpur Airport/ Helipad.
Annex – IV:
1.1 The Contractor shall provide air cargo service for movement of precious cargo to be undertaken between Nagpur or/and Raipur or/and Jagdalpur and five identified places viz. Kirandul, Bhanupratappur, Bhopalpattanam, Bacheli and Keshkal which are subject to change as per the requirement, in the state of Chhattisgarh.
Movement of precious cargo shall be undertaken from Jagdalpur after ensuring operational feasibility at Jagdalpur Airport/ Helipad. | | 2. | Whether the minimum notice period of 120 hrs for providing charter service may be reconsidered? | As applicable in the tender, it is amended that Contractor shall provide air cargo service within 10 days i.e. 240 hours’ notice through e-mail. | | 3. | Whether the billing can be calculated on actual flying time based on Rotor On and Rotor Off basis as per standard Helicopter operational practice? | It is clarified that there is no change in the Tender Specifications. | | 4. | Whether commercial terms can be reviewed annually in case of significant escalation in operational expenses, considering dynamic aviation operating cost? | It is clarified that there is no change in the Tender Specifications. | 3. It is reiterated that the last date and time of submission of Earnest Money Deposit is 11:00 hours of March 09, 2026. It is the duty of the bidder to ensure that the EMD amount and proof of transaction must be received and settled on or before 11:00 hours of March 09, 2026. The cut off time for EMD will be strictly followed. Any transaction initiated or unsettled beyond the said time and date shall be considered invalid and no request shall be taken in this regard. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document/Agreement. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same. 5.
