The queries raised in the pre-bid meeting and clarification given by the Bank are as follows. | Sl. Tenderers have been advised to quote their rates accordingly with the all operating handles and accessories complete in all respect. | | 2 | M/s Munna Kumar | What would be appropriate size to be used in the connection between the MCCB and the main bus bar in the electrical panel, cable or bus bar? | To ensure the quality and safety standards of the panel, the connection between the MCCB and the main busbar shall be established exclusively through busbars that conform to the load rating of the MCCB. | 3. Tenderers must ensure strict compliance with the eligibility criteria and all terms and conditions stipulated in the tender document. Further, bidders are required to be registered on the MSTC portal and must execute the bidding process with utmost care. In the event of any technical issues during the e-tendering process, bidders are advised to coordinate with MSTC support personnel as per the contact details provided in the tender document. 4. All the aforementioned points were duly noted by the representatives of the respective firms, and their full consent was recorded. Please note: This document (Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting cum Corrigendum) shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender documents shall continue to remain the same. The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above.
