Reserve Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), intends to prepare a panel of suppliers for providing food items (excluding catering services) to RBI, Shillong. The panel is expected to remain operational for a period of three years subject to satisfactory performance. The Bank invites applications from such vendors who are interested in inclusion in the panel. Vendors who fulfill the eligibility criteria and agree to the other terms and conditions mentioned in this document should apply in the prescribed form (Annex I) to the General Manager & Officer-in-Charge, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, 3rd Floor, GMTD Building (BSNL), Opposite Ka Phan Nonglait Park, Barik, Shillong – 793001, Meghalaya. Duly completed applications along with the necessary enclosures, in a sealed envelope super scribed “Empanelment of suppliers for providing food items (excluding catering services) to RBI, Shillong” should be dropped in the tender box kept for the purpose by the Shillong Office of the Bank, by March 17, 2026 at 05.30 PM.
