Pre-bid meeting for captioned e-Tender was held in offline mode at 03:00 PM on February 19, 2026 in Meeting room, Reserve Bank of India, Central Establishment Section, Bengaluru 560 001.

3. The queries, raised by the participant/s during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are given below:

04 Applicability of valid licenses? Bidder was informed to refer to Para (a) of Section IV-Eligibility Criteria of the Tender Document
05 Timeline of delivery/Penalty for delayed payments? Bidder was informed to refer to Para 1(f) of Section V-Scope of Work of the Tender Document
06 Specified brand of medicines is needed? Substitution allowed? Bidder was informed to refer to Para 10 of Section V – Scope of Work of the Tender Document
07 Expected Annual Procurement It was informed that expected annual procurement for 2026-27 is ₹3.90 crore and it comprises of both supply of medicines through indent and credit slips.

On a concluding note, the participant was advised to read the instructions in the tender document carefully before bidding. It was also reiterated that the vendor should ensure submission of all the enclosures as stipulated in the tender documents. Further, it was also advised to strictly follow the timelines as mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender.

Note:

i) The above minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form part of the bid document / Agreement.

ii) The rest of the Terms and Conditions and specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain same.

iii) The above amendments/clarifications are issued for the information of all intending chemists.

iv) The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity with the tender document and amendments / clarifications given above.
