E-Tender No: RBI/Bangalore Regional Office/Estate/68/25-26/ET/993 The ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ for the captioned works was scheduled at 12.00 PM on February 19, 2026 at Estate department, 2nd Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru. No bidders were attended the same. However, M/s Swastik Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. raised the following queries / issues through mail for the pre-bid meeting. The response/ clarifications given by the Bank with respect to each of these queries / issues are as follows: | Sl No. | Query / Proposal / Existing condition | Bank’s response / revised condition | | 1 | Point No. 31 b) of page no. 22 Gratuity: The Contract is for a period 1 year + renewed for 2 year becomes applicable after 12 months of regular service. In this regard, we request to you kindly approve reimbursement of gratuity on actual disbursement basis, subject to submission of documentary proof. | The Contractor shall include all such costs within the quoted amount and shall not be entitled to separate disbursement for gratuity. | | 2 | All worker requirement is 6 days week or 7 days week please clarify | Each labourer shall work for six (6) days per week. However, labourer’s must be available on-site on a rotational basis for seven (7) days. | | 3 | It is stated that, all worker shall be provided medical insurance is to be included in the quoted rated or will be reimbursed separately. | Medical insurance for all workers must be included in the quoted rate and will not be reimbursed separately. | Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for information to all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document continue to remain unaltered.
