The two part sealed tenders in prescribed format in a two-bid system are invited from the contractors/firms for providing gardening/horticulture services on comprehensive annual rate maintenance contract basis for Reserve Bank’s Staff Colony and Office Building at Jammu for an initial period of 12 months commencing from July 01, 2017 to June 30, 2018.

The blank tender documents can be collected from Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Jammu from May 17, 2017 to June 07, 2017 on the Banks working days between 10:00 am to 01:00 pm on a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only). It can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under the link ‘Tenders’.

Those who download the tender document from the Bank’s website, will have to pay Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) by way of demand draft drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India, Jammu payable at Jammu and issued by a scheduled commercial bank towards the cost of Tender Document along with submission of Tender Document to the Bank.

The last date of submission of the tender document to the Bank is June 08, 2017 on or before 2:00 pm. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1024066/- (Rupees ten lakh twenty four thousand sixty six only) inclusive of all taxes, levies & charges.
