Extension of Last Date of Submission A Pre-bid meeting was conducted at 11:30 am on February 10, 2026 at Conference Hall, 5th Floor, RBI, Hyderabad in connection with e-tender (RBI/Hyderabad/HRMD/3/25-26/ET/847) for providing Catering Attendants and Maintenance of Officers’ Lounge and Dining Room (OLDR) at Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad, which was floated on both MSTC and RBI’s website on January 14, 2026. The list of participants is placed at Annex. 2. At the outset, Shri Saravanakumar R, Assistant Manager, welcomed the participating representatives of Catering agencies. They were apprised about the tendering process and advised to get their queries / doubts clarified in the meeting. 3. Clarifications on queries raised by prospective bidders in the meeting are furnished below: | S. No | Queries raised by the bidders | Clarifications | | a. | How does the technical score is being evaluated? | The manner of evaluation of technical bid score is detailed in page 21 and 22 of the detailed tender document, wherein an illustration of computing technical bid is also given. | | b. | What is the current GST rate applicable to the catering attendant’s service? | The current GST rate is 18%. | | c. | The monthly billing is for how many days as the financial bid rate quote is sought for one day per catering attendant? | The monthly bill may be submitted for minimum of 22 days including Government Holidays. If the catering attendants work for more than 22 days in a month, the same would be reimbursed on submission of the bills as per the per day rate quote given in the Financial Bid for a catering attendant. | | d. | Whether bonus to the employees should be considered for the financial bid rate quote? | It was clarified that as per the instructions in para 3 of page 15, bidders should take bonus into consideration along with Minimum Wages, ESI, EPF contributions, insurance of adequate value, service charge, cost of the uniform, identity cards, and protective gear which would be provided by the caterer to the catering attendants while quoting the financial bid rates. Also, further it was clarified that the rate quote should be exclusive of GST. | | e. | Is overtime compensation allowed? | In case the working hours of catering attendant exceed the normal banking hours of the Regional Office, the overtime charges will be compensated upon submission of bills. | | f. | Whether the performance certificate from the clients will be considered which was taken already before the tender date (i.e., January 14, 2026) | The performance certificate should be dated post the tender floating date viz. January 14, 2026. The bidders were advised to refer Annex II in page 34 for the format of the same. | | g. | Whether the crockery/cutlery breakage charges should be imposed on the vendor? | As per para 8 of Annex VII (page 42) cost of breakage / loss, if any, would be recoverable from the contractor. | 4.
