At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants and advised them to put forth their doubts/ queries, if any. The doubts / queries raised by the representatives were clarified / noted. These detectors are integrated with the proposed Fire Alarm system by adding a relay module. The scope of the contract was explained to the participants. Further, participants were informed to go through the entire document carefully before submitting their bids. It was also advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. 5. The participants were also advised to ensure uploading duly filled tender with all requisite/supporting documents well before the last date i.e., 12:00 PM of February 17, 2026, to avoid any last-minute errors/rush. 6. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers. 7. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain the same. 8.
