It was informed that a Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) has been constituted to resolve disputes, if any, arising from the tendering process. 4. It was also confirmed that the average annual turnover for the evaluation of technical bids shall be computed as the arithmetic mean of the turnover figures for the six financial years spanning from FY 2019–20 to FY 2024–25 (both inclusive). Even if the turnover is zero in any one year, the average shall be calculated over all six years. 5. All the bidders were suggested to visit VOFs, THHs at Chandigarh to assess the work, if desired. 6. Please Note: a) These minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. b) Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. c) Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity with the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting. | |
