No queries were raised in the pre-bid Meeting. 3. It was proposed by the representatives that few particular vehicles under particulars Mid End Sedan, Higher End Sedan, Executive High End Sedan and Luxury High End Sedan may not meet the criteria mentioned at sub para 3.8 under Section 2- Instructions to bidder – A General - para 3 - Eligible Tenderers/ Eligibility Criteria and sub para 5.3 of Section V.2: Specific Conditions of Contract (SCC) para 5, the limits mentioned therein may be increased. Clarification: - the list given is only indicative as “or similar type of vehicles” has been mentioned in the list to provide the available/requested vehicle which is available under the particulars of the list meeting the above mentioned criteria’s. 4.
