The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held at 10:30 AM on February 02, 2026 at VC Room, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to clarify the queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The meeting was attended by the following persons:

Representatives of the Bank

iii. Shri Binod Kumar Das, Manager		 Representative of the bidders

i. Shri Haragobinda Mohanty, M/s Chillmech Techno Services
ii. Shri Bibhudutta Tripathy, M/s Daikin Air Conditioning Pvt. Ltd.
iii. Shri Baneswar Sahoo and Shri Shiba Prasad Nayak, M/s EA Technology

2. Three vendors attended the captioned meeting. The queries raised and clarification provided by the Bank are as under.

Query- Whether cassette AC IDU of 4 and 3.98 TR capacity can be considered as some OEM’s manufacturing with 3.98 TR and up to maximum capacity of 4 TR. 		Cassette AC IDU of 3.98/4 TR in place of 4.5 TR capacity shall be accepted by the Bank.

3. Further, the bidders were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendors were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issues while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender.

4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representatives of the firms:

  1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement.

  2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
