Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Dual Lane Full Height turnstile gate at RBI, Gangtok

(E-Tender No. - RBI/Gangtok/HRMD/7/25-26/ET/834)

As per the schedule notified in the tender document, a prebid meeting for the said work was held on January 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM in offline/Online mode at the Teesta Conference Hall, Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok. Representatives from two of the firms and officials / staff members from the Estate Cell, Gangtok has participated in the meeting. The details of whom are given below:

The questions raised by the representatives of the participating firms and our clarifications on them are presented below:

1. The dimensions of the area where the turnstile need to be installed The vendors were advised to visit the site for better understanding of the dimensions and quote accordingly.
2. Solvency certificate submitted in the name of some other company for some other work in near past is eligible or not? Vendors were advised to submit the Solvency Certificate for this particular work separately and in the format mentioned in the tender document.

All the above-mentioned points were noted and following was informed:

  1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement.

  2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain the same.

  3. The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments / Clarifications given above.
