Fire Audit of residential colonies shall be done by BMC/ Fire Department/ MFS approved auditors/ agencies. The work shall be done with prior approval of the Bank.

(i) The worker completes the period of one year with contractor (working in RBI)
(ii) Attendance certifying that the staff has worked for one complete year in RBI.
(iii) NEFT Report indicating that the gratuity has been paid to the worker by contractor. | The above-mentioned clarifications are issued for information of all the intending tenderers. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the tender. The submission of bid by the tenderer shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications given above. |
