The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted by Estate Department, at Conference Hall, Main Office Building on January 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM in presence of the following:

For Reserve Bank of India:

  2. Palash Chaurasia, Assistant Manager (Estate)

  3. Ishan Jamjare, Assistant (Estate)

  4. Mayur Hedau, Assistant (Estate)

Tenderers:

  1. Sanjay Kumar Ghai from M/s Rattan Builders Pvt Ltd

  2. Abhay Dawle from M/s Triveeni Construction

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows:

Query: Is the use of a jhula and rope ladder permitted for carrying out the work?

Clarification: The use of a jhula and rope ladder is not allowed for operational safety purposes.
