A pre-bid meeting was held on January 12, 2026, at 11.00 am at the Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh Regional Office to clarify the queries/doubts raised by the interested bidders regarding the above tender. The said tender was uploaded on 18th December 2025. The purpose of the meeting was to provide clarification on queries related to tender eligibility conditions, scope, technical specifications, commercial conditions and other rules.

2. The meeting was attended by the following officials from the Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh Office.

3. The meeting was attended by the following representatives of prospective bidders: -

4. The queries raised by the prospective bidders and the clarification provided by the bank are given below.

(i) Whether Kilometres (KMs) mentioned in Part II (price Bid) of the tender document pertains to one year? It was clarified that the approximate KMs pertains to period of two years i.e. from April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2028. Further, same has also been clearly mentioned in the Part II of the tender document.
(ii) Whether the entire work would be split between L1 & L2 in the ratio of 60:40? It was clarified that same would be at the discretion of the Bank and is meant to reduce complete reliance on one contractor. Further, same has also been clearly mentioned at page 25 of the tender document.

Note: - The above explanation shall be an integral part of the tender document.
