(Page No. 17) | | 6. | Whether Supervisor/cooks working under the current contractor shall be retained? | Deployment of Staff/Personnel shall be at the discretion of the Contractor. | | 7. | How the rate for the food items will be determined? | The menu and food rates for occupants/ trainees will be mutually decided by RBI Chennai / Zonal Training Centre, Chennai respectively and the contractor, post award of tender to the successful bidder.

(Page No. 23) | | 8. | Whether the Bank will reimburse the cost incurred on LPG cylinders and groceries? | No. The cost of procurement of gas cylinders shall be borne by the Contractor. Also, the food rates, to be fixed after award of tender, shall include all the expenses for preparation, including groceries. | 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of prospective bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement. All the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers.
