Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting

1. Sealed Bids are invited from OEM (M/s Schneider Electric) / OEM authorized Service Providers for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 X 120 KVA UPS System installed at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16 & 17, IT Park, Dehradun. The “Terms and conditions” are given below.

2. Participation of M/s Coronet Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (erstwhile UPS CAMC Service Provider) in the tender will be outrightly rejected due to earlier abandonment of work/ non-performance of CAMC on their part.

3. The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribed with “Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 X 120 KVA UPS System” after duly filling, signing & stamping each page of this document along with the proof of submission of prescribed amount of EMD and addressed to “The Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun - 248013”.

4. The bid should only be submitted in the Quotation Box of Estate Department, placed in the Reception Area at the abovementioned address.

5. Prebid meeting shall be held on December 01, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the above-mentioned address.

6. The last date for submission of the bid is December 08, 2025, upto 03:00 PM. The quotations will be opened on December 08, 2025, from 03:30 PM.

7. The bidders are advised to submit ₹3,563/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Three only) as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through NEFT to the following account on or before December 08, 2025, upto 02:30 PM:

• A/c No. 186003001
• IFSC Code: RBIS0DNPA01 (5th and 10th characters are “ZERO”)
(Please mention your firm / company’s name in NEFT transaction remarks)

8. This amount does not bear any interest and is refundable in nature. Please note, that the EMD submitted by the unsuccessful bidder will be returned within 07 working days after issuance of work order to the successful bidder. The EMD submitted by the successful bidder will be returned within 07 working days after submission of Performance Bank Guarantee as per conditions mentioned in this document. No interest will be paid on Security Deposit.

9. Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
