The Department of Supervision, Reserve Bank of India, Central Office, Mumbai had invited Expression of Interest (EOI) on September 03, 2025 and subsequent Corrigendum dated September 22, 2025, forming part of EOI document, for engagement as consultant for:

1. Framework for assessment of Business Model of Supervised Entities,

2. Migration of select Urban Cooperative Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies to Risk Based Supervision – Development of Risk Based Supervisory Framework and

3. Development of Comprehensive Supervisory Manuals.

2. The responses received from entities/ organisations were evaluated in accordance with the procedure laid down in the EOI. Following four entities (in alphabetical order) have been shortlisted for one year for each of the above three projects for issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP):

2. Ernst & Young LLP

3. KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP

4. PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP
