The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned Sealed Quotation was held on September 29, 2025, at 15:30 Hrs. One firm participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-I. 2. AGM(Estate), in her inaugural address, welcomed the representative of the firm and advised AM(Tech-Electrical) to brief the forum about the captioned work. AM(Tech-Electrical) briefed the forum about the work and thereafter, the queries of the firm present were taken up for discussion. 3. ii) Site visit was conducted for the participated firm’s representative after closure of Prebid meeting and the firm was advised to carefully examine and fully understand the scope, specifications, and requirements of the work before preparing and submitting the quotation. | 4. The participating firm has agreed to the Bank’s requirements. 5. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document and Agreement/ Contract. 6. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 7. The above clarifications are issued for the information and necessary action of all the intending bidders. 8. The submission of bids by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
