Extension of Last Date of Submission dated October 24, 2025 Extension of Last Date of Submission dated October 09, 2025 Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh (herein after called the “Bank”) invites sealed applications from eligible firms for empanelment of suppliers / contractors / firms (hereafter referred as contractors) for a period of 3 years (April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2029) for undertaking the renovation / modernization / maintenance / various supplies and other works at Bank’s Main Office Building and Residential Colonies under the different trades costing upto Rs. 100 lakhs. Only those who fulfil the qualification criteria are eligible to participate in this empanelment process. For trade details, minimum eligibility criteria and other requirements, interested contractors/ firms may visit “Tender” section of RBI website https://www.rbi.org.in and view the “Notice for empanelment of Contractors” or contact Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, 3rd Floor, Central Vista, Chandigarh – 160017. Application shall be submitted by such applicants who produce documentary evidence for fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the “Notice for empanelment of Contractors” from September 08, 2025 to October 08, 2025 upto 17:00 hrs at the above address only. The last date of submission of duly filled up sealed application form is upto 17:00 hrs of October 08, 2025. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof. The Bank reserves the right to withhold issue of application forms to any party without assigning any reason thereof.
