Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Tender no: RBI/Gangtok/HRMD/2/25-26/ET/330[Appointment of CA 2025-26 Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok (hereinafter called “the Bank” / “Reserve Bank” / “RBI”), invites e-tender under Two-Cover Bid (Technical & Financial Bid) for Appointment of Concurrent Auditors for the year 2025-26 w.e.f. October 01, 2025 to September 30, 2026 by Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok. The appointment of the Concurrent Auditors (CAs) shall be for a period of one year initially i.e. from October 01, 2025 to September 30, 2026. Subsequently the same may be renewed for second and third year, for one year at a time on same terms and conditions, subject to annual review of the CAs performance by the Bank. The Tender process will be executed through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/index.jsp). Interested bidder must register themselves with MSTC Ltd. through the aforementioned website to participate in the tendering process. The applicants should submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding e-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects as per the prescribed format on or before 1500 hrs on 14/08/2025. The Part-I (Technical Bid) will be opened electronically on 14/08/2025 at 1530 hrs. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this tender shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only.
