Corrigendum dated August 08, 2025 Corrigendum dated August 01, 2025 e-Tender No: RBI/Bhubaneswar Regional Office/Estate/8/25-26/ET/219 The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held at 11:00 AM on July 21, 2025 at Estate Department, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The following clarifications have been given during the said meeting. | Sl No | Clarification given by the Bank | | 1 | As item nos. 4, 5 and 6 are not being manufactured by the manufacturers mentioned in Section J for uPVC Windows, vendors may go for brands Pego, DNV, Kinlong or approved equivalent for the respective items. | | 2 | Instead of Glue/ adhesive, Silicon is to be used for item no. 3 of Section J. Vendors may go for brands Elkem, McCoy, Boss or approved equivalent for the respective item. | 3. Further, they were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. They were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4.
