2. EMD, Pg No. 13 | The Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having Udyam Registration Number (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum Number), are exempted from the requirement submission of Earnest Money Deposit at the time of bidding in all procurement of works (goods, services, and works contract) estimated to cost up to ₹10 Lakhs (including all taxes, duties, etc.).
