Cancellation of Tender e-Tender No: RBI/Bhubaneswar Regional Office/Estate/5/25-26/ET/157 The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held at 11:00 AM on June 26, 2025 at Estate Department, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. ii. Shri Satyabrata Nayak, GSP Power Projects Retail Division | 2. Two vendors attended the captioned meeting. However, no queries have been raised by the vendors at the said meeting. 3. Further, the vendors were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendors were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4.
