The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted by Estate Department, at Training Hall, Main Office Building on June 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM in presence of the following:

For Reserve Bank of India:

  1. Shri. R K Khandelwal, Assistant Manager (Tech-Electrical)

  2. Shri. Palash Chaurasia, Assistant Manager (Estate)

  3. Shri. Satyam Nayak, Junior Engineer (Tech-Electrical)

  4. Shri. Ishan Jamjare, Assistant (Estate)

Tenderers:

  1. Shri. Ram Jawale from M/s Ovi Appliances

  2. Shri. Sachin Parmal from M/s M K Enterprises

  3. Shri. K C Gandhi from M/s Ganraj Electronic Division

  4. Shri. Yash Sawalakhe from M/s Sawalakhe Electricals

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows:

Query: Is the cost of pre filter included in the overall rate of water purifier?

Clarification: As per Unpriced Bill of Quantity in tender part I (Page No. 18), the cost of pre filter compatible for Kent ultra storage UV water purifier with 8 litres storage (60 litre/ hour), white colour or equivalent is included in the overall rate of water purifier.
