(E-tender No. RBI/Lucknow Regional Office/HRMD/1/25-26/ET/110)

A Pre-bid meeting regarding the e-tender for purchase of medicines for supply of medicines to retired/serving employees including eligible dependents on the basis of credit slips issued by the dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow was held on May 27, 2025 at 12:00 noon. The meeting was held offline at 3rd Floor, Conference Room, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow.

2. The List of officials of Central Establishment Section and interested bidders who attended the pre-bid meeting is given in Annexure-I & Annexure-II.

3. The vendors were advised to follow the guidelines and terms and conditions mentioned in the RFE (Request for Empanelment) document and RFQ (Request for Quotation) document. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the suppliers in detail.

4. The vendors were informed about the procedure for supply of medicines to retired/serving employees including dependents on the basis of credit slips.

5. The vendors were also informed about the provisions of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Solvency certificate and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The bidders enquired about the mode of payment of Earnest Money Deposit and various modes of depositing the same were explained to them in detail.

6. The vendors were informed about the submission of bills for payment. It was also informed that the final bill should be submitted along with the original purchase order of the medicines for payment.

7. Apart from this, the vendors were informed about the provisions related to ITC (Income Tax Credit). They were also informed that ITC is not claimed by the Reserve Bank of India for the supply of medicines.

8. The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks by Mrs. Matrika Shukla, Assistant General Manager.
