Extension of Last Date of Submission e-Tender No: RBI/Andhra Pradesh Regional Office/Others/2/25-26/ET/36 As per the schedule, the pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted at 11.00 am on April 23, 2025 in the Conference Room, Third floor, Main Office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Andhra Pradesh RO, Hyderabad. 2. The Representatives from the following firms participated in the pre-bid meeting: (i) M/s. Magtech Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. (ii) M/s. Motwane Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd.; and (iii) M/s. Vehant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 3. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the firms in detail. All the queries raised by the participants during the meeting were clarified up to their satisfaction. 4. The following queries were raised by the firms during the pre-bid meeting and the clarifications furnished by the Bank are as under: S. We kindly request you to consider AI features in the specifications. This does not add any extra cost, as it is a software-based feature that significantly enhances operator experience and efficiency. We have already supplied AI-enabled XBS units to RBI Lucknow and RBI Shillong. Kindly verify the feedback from those locations for reference. | The tender specifications remain unchanged. | (iv) | Kindly confirm that the physical submission of all documents to RBI is necessary or only physical submission of Original Bank Guarantee in lieu of EMD is required. | The Original Bank Guarantee in lieu of EMD or Original Demand Draft have to be physically submitted to the Bank prior to the date and time for submission of tender. The other documents may be uploaded in MSTC portal. | (v) | The technical specification at Sl.No. 20 Section VIII Technical Specifications in Page No. 57, The machine must comply with requirements of health and safety regulations with regard to mechanical, electrical and radiation hazards. Before installation of the machine, the supplier/ manufacturer should furnish relevant certificate from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) of India regarding radiation Safety and complied with all international standards: USFDA, Homeland Security USA and certificate of health & safety at work. The company manufacturing the equipment should have ISO certification for manufacturing and servicing of X-ray Screening machines. In this regard we would like to inform you that this certificate is to be removed because there is NO any advantage of this certification in X-Ray Baggage scanner as it required to qualified professionals who are available to protect the nation from various threats, including terrorism, cyberattacks, and natural disasters. | The clause may be read as follows: The machine must comply with requirements of health and safety regulations with regard to mechanical, electrical and radiation hazards. Before installation of the machine, the supplier/ manufacturer should furnish relevant certificate from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) of India regarding radiation Safety. SITC of X-Ray Baggage Scanner System for large office buildings / commercial Estate / industrial houses (as on October 31, 2024) As per the tender floated by you for XIBS products this will fall under the category of security products/systems. Hence, we request you to include the point of minimum 5 years of experience in security systems | The tender condition remains unchanged. | (viii) | ₹72,000/- (Rupees Seventy-two Thousand only) from all the bidders in the form of NEFT/Demand Draft/ an irrevocable Bank Guarantee (BG) in Bank’s format in favour of Reserve Bank of India. We request for exemption in EMD submission as an MSE, we are registered with Udyam & NSIC for bid participation. These exemption criteria followed by all the State, Central Govt. & MHA tenders. As a potential OEM/supplier, we believe that we can provide high-quality products/services to RBI Hyderabad | The EMD shall be submitted by the tenderers as per tender conditions. | 5. Please note: (i) This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender; (ii) Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain unchanged; (iii) The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders; (iv) The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
