Four firms participated in the meeting. 2. The clarifications regarding queries raised by the vendors and the list of participants are provided in the annexure. 3. Additionally, it may be informed that EMD amount of ₹6780/- should be submitted for this RFQ before 11 A.M, April 2, 2025. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the RFQ. Hence, it shall be signed and attached with the RFQ documents in the sealed quotation by the bidders. 5. Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. 6. Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
