One firm participated in the Pre-bid meeting. List of participants given in Annex-I. 2. DGM (Tech) in his inaugural address welcomed the representatives of the firms and briefed the forum about the captioned work. The Bank Officials also explained various aspects of the tender which needs to be taken care by all the intended bidders during submission of their bids. Thereafter, all the doubts / queries of the firms were discussed in detail. 3. The clarifications provided by the Bank are hereunder: a) The No of Quantities for the Item No 2 of the Unpriced Bill of quantities may be read as 2000 Mtr. b) Bidders are requested to visit to site and acquaint themselves of the site conditions, before quoting the rate, as the payment will be done as per actual measurements and use of materials at site. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting / corrigendum shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement/ contract. 5. The terms, conditions and specifications of the tender/ Bid document shall continue to remain the same unless otherwise stated / clarified in this corrigendum. 6. The above clarifications are issued for the information& necessary action of all the intending bidders. 7. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender/ Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above, if any.
