Please refer to the Section: H (Scope of Work) of the tender document wherein it is mentioned that deep cleaning shall be carried out on monthly basis and mechanized wax polishing of KOTA Stone/ Laporte Granite/Granite/Marble floorings wherever available in the Bank’s Main Office Premises, shall be done on Quarterly basis. | | 3. | Whether the estimated cost factors the cost of revision of minimum wages that will take place in April 2025 and October 2025? | Please refer to the Notice Inviting e-Tender and Part II (price bid) of the tender document wherein it is mentioned that the cost of revision of minimum wages twice a year has been included in the estimated cost of ₹76,00,000/-. | 3. Further, the vendor was advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendor was asked to coordinate with MSTC Support staff and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same 5.
