The pre-bid meeting on captioned tender was held in offline mode on February 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM at New Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur - 208001. N. | Query raised | Clarification given by Bank Official/s | | 1. | Will negative bidding be accepted? | The contractor has to be careful while bidding and follow the guidelines in Clause 6.7, Section 2 of the tender in this regard, to ensure minimum wages as per the act. | | 2. | Will GST have registered in other states accepted or not? Or in case of not being registered, an undertaking to get it registered after getting the work will be accepted? | As per clause 2(c) of Section 1, “The firm should be registered with the appropriate authority for GST in the services of the State of Uttar Pradesh.” The undertaking will not be accepted. | | 3. | In case of equal bidding, what will be the deciding factor? | Please refer to clause 1.2(h) of Section 3, whereby it is mentioned that "In a situation where multiple bidders have quoted the same lowest amount in their financial bids, the work will be awarded to the bidder who has the highest average annual turnover in the preceding three financial years." | | 4. | Who will provide the materials for housekeeping services? | The Bank will provide materials for housekeeping services. | | 5. | In case of housekeeping services in the colony, are the services required 7 days a week or can weekly fixed holidays be given? | Daily housekeeping services are required in the colonies. However, the contracted/deployed staff will be given weekly off on rotation basis. | Note- 1. This document (Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting) shall form a part of the tender/ agreement. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. 2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender documents shall continue to remain the same. 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. 4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above. 5. In case any vendors have already uploaded their bids to the MSTC portal before issuance of this Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting cum Corrigendum, they may revise their bids and re upload their bids to the MSTC portal.
