Corrigendum dated March 13, 2025 Corrigendum dated March 05, 2025 Corrigendum dated February 28, 2025 The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted on February 12, 2025 at 11.30 AM at Estate Office, MRO. Two firms had participated in the meeting, details of which are provided in the annexure. | Sr. No. | Query from pre-bid meeting participant/s | Clarification by the Bank | | (i) | Daily time restriction in work, if any. | Work may be allowed throughout the day during 10 am to 6 pm. However, the work if restricted by Bungalow occupant or due to unavoidable circumstances from Bank’s side, hindrances for the same shall be considered by the Bank as per tender condition. | | (ii) | Whether materials other than Bank’s approved make will be allowed. | Contractor should strictly exercise material selection from the approved list of materials as per the tender. In case of non-availability of material from any of the approved make as per the said list, due confirmation in this regard from the manufacturer/market shall be obtained by the vendor & submitted to the Bank. Bank may independently enquire & confirm the fact.
In such case, equivalent material from the market shall be allowed with prior approval from Bank’s Engineer /Bank’s Consultant. | 2. a) These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form a part of the tender. Hence, it shall be signed and uploaded on MSTC along with the tender by the tenderers. b) Rest of the terms and conditions & specifications of the tender document shall continue to remain the same. c) Submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
