“Reserve Bank of India, Chennai (hereinafter referred to “the Bank”) invites tenders under Two Bid system (Techno-Commercial & Financial Bid) from eligible tenderers for empanelment of suppliers/chemists/druggists (hereinafter referred to as “Suppliers” for brevity) and award of contract for supply of drugs & medicines against the Indents placed and Credit Slips issued by the Bank’s Dispensaries located at Chennai. The empanelment shall be for a period of three (3) years from April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2028, and contract will be awarded for a period of twelve months i.e., April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The estimated procurement value during the contract period is ₹7 Crore (Rupees Seven Crore only).” | Brief description of the operation of Credit Slip facility: Order will be placed by the Pharmacist of respective dispensary based on the details of drugs and medicines mentioned in the Credit Slip issued by BMO/BMC of the Bank. The delivery of drugs and medicines must be made on the same day or the day after to that dispensary along with the tax invoice and copy of the credit slip. 2. In case of an emergency, delivery is to be made to the employee/dependent directly, based on the mobile and flat number indicated in the Credit Slip. 3. Payment against the tax invoice for medicines issued through credit slip facility will be made on consolidated monthly basis. Note: This Corrigendum shall form part of the bid document / Agreement. Rest of the Terms and condition and specifications of bid document shall continue to remain same. The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. The submission of application by the Chemist shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above. Regional Director
