In line with e-Tender No – RBI/Hyderabad Regional Office/Estate/38/24-25/ET/794 dated January 20, 2025, the pre bid meeting was held on February 11, 2025 at 11:00 am in Video Conference Room, 1st Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad. 2. The bidder may quote equal to or higher than the Wage component amount (as detailed at page no. 56 of tender document), but not lower, in MSTC website. | | 3 | Settlement of Bills | Bill will be settled on monthly basis on actual man power deployment considering per day wage rate. | | 4 | Whether ESI is applicable for semi-skilled staff and whether it will be reimbursed? | ESI as per statute shall be applicable and the same should be considered while quoting wage component (Please refer page no. 57 of tender document). Bidders were advised to quote their bids accordingly. | | 5 | Whether old / existing solvency certificate of the firm may be provided? | The Bidders were advised to submit a ‘Solvency Certificate’ issued by bidder’s banker, specifically for the purpose of this tender for an amount equal to more than the estimated cost. | | 6 | Whether increased minimum wages will be reimbursed? | Any future increase or decrease in the statutory rates like Minimum Wage, VDA, EPF, ESI, Bonus, GST, etc., by the appropriate authority shall be binding on both the parties and shall be paid by the Bank accordingly. | | 7 | Whether Cost of Cleaning material is included in the estimate? | Yes. The contractor shall provide adequate quantities of cleaning materials, as desired by the Bank to ensure appropriate cleanliness at no extra cost. | | 8 | Query regarding Insurance Policy | Successful bidder must submit Insurance Policies before the commencement of work. Failure to submit the same in time, penalty will be imposed as per the tender clause. | | 9 | Is it compulsory to continue the current Housekeeping workmen only? | No. It is up to the Successful bidder. However, Police verification is mandatory for the workmen. | Further the Bank has reiterated the following points: 1. If any complaint from the workers regarding payment of minimum wages etc. Bank will act against the firm without disclosing the complainant details. 2. All the payments to the workers should be made through NEFT/RTGS or any other online mode. 3. All the participants were advised to consider minimum wages while quoting. The Bank has the discretion to reject the participants quoting abnormally low/high 4. Police Verification for the workers is mandatory. 5. Participants were explained regarding the Price Bid. Highlighted Cells of the price bid is to be filled. 6. All the documents should be signed and stamped. 7. Quality and quantity of the cleaning material should be considered while quoting. 8. Man power should be trained and educated, monthly meetings should be conducted to them. They should be aware enough to handle the equipment. 9. Bidders were advised to go through the scope of work in details before quoting. 10. Contractor should keep/provide stock (at least of 15 Days) of cleaning materials before commencement of contract. 11. There are places in office which have entry restrictions. Passes will be provided by Bank to wherever such restriction is applicable. The above-mentioned clarifications are issued for information of all the intending tenderers. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of the tender. The submission of bid by the tenderer shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and clarifications given above.
