Cancellation of Tender Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting (Ref No: RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/HRMD/2/23-24/ET/425) In response to the empanelment of chemists vide tender no. RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/HRMD/2/23-24/ET/425 dated January 24, 2024, a panel of two suppliers, viz. M/s Ramkanai Medical Store and M/s Hi-Tech Medicos was constructed for a period from July 01, 2024 – March 31, 2027 for supplying medicines on credit slips issued by Bank’s Dispensary at RBI Staff quarters at Dum Dum. The above empaneled vendors have fulfilled the eligibility criteria and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified in Notice Inviting Tender. 2. We now invite quotations in the form of Two-Part e-tenders (Technical & Financial Bid) from the Empaneled Suppliers of the Dum Dum Dispensary for awarding a Contract for supply of medicines on credit slips to Bank’s Dispensary at Dum Dum Staff Quarters from April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (i.e., Twelve months). The Annual estimated expenditure for the period of Twelve (12) months, is approximately ₹11,00,000 (Eleven Lakh) for Dum Dum Staff Quarters. Suppliers are requested to quote the best uniform discount rate for the tentative annual purchase of medicines/ drugs pertaining to the above-mentioned dispensary. 3. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) would be done through the portal of MSTC Ltd. (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn/). The Empaneled Suppliers must register themselves with MSTC Ltd. through the above-mentioned website to participate in the process. The Empaneled Suppliers should submit their e-tender (Part I and Part II) on MSTC Portal latest by 16:00 hrs. on March 03, 2025 (Monday). The tenderers shall remit refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹22,000 (Twenty-two thousand) on or before March 03, 2025 (Monday) up to 03:00 P.M 4. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein. Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be uploaded on the website / e-portal only. The empaneled suppliers should regularly check the above website / e-portal for any amendment / corrigendum / on the above website. The Bank reserves the right to reject the process without assigning any reason thereof. 5. This notice is being published for information only and is not an open invitation to quote in this limited Request for Quotation (RFQ). Participation in this RFQ is by invitation only and is limited to the selected procuring entity’s enlisted contractors. Unsolicited offers are liable to be ignored.
