Extension of Last Date of Submission Ref: e-Tender No.: RBI/Central Office/FED/1/24-25/ET/869 A pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on February 10, 2025 at 11:00 am at 11th floor, Conference Room, Foreign Exchange Department (FED), Central Office, Reserve Bank of India. Two potential bidders viz. M/s HTC Global Services Pvt Ltd and M/s Skillmine Technologies Consulting Pvt Ltd participated in the pre-bid meeting for discussion on queries related to the e-tender for Annual Maintenance & Resident engineer support services of I/EDPMS and FED’s Application modules. On request of the participating entities, video conferencing link was also provided for the meeting. 2. c) Will the technology upgrade form part of AMC contract for FED application? | Bank’s response to the queries of M/s HTC Global Services Pvt Ltd. are given below:
a) Yes, SMF (Single Master Form) application is out of scope for the subject tender for FED Application - that covers the other modules of FED Application viz OID, CEFA, FID, FCGPR, FIRMS BU.
b) No, the Reserve Bank does not envisage any requirement for additional onsite resources under the subject tender - for FED Application modules (OID, CEFA, FID, FCGPR, FIRMS BU) and I/EDPMS.
c) Any necessary minor upgrades such as those required in connection with VAPT will be covered as part of AMC. However, major code level changes shall not form part of the AMC. | | 2 | M/s Skillmine Technologies Consulting Pvt Ltd. mentioned that while the tender document provides sufficient details for submitting the bid, the firm wanted to know if more information could be provided about the functioning of RBI in respect of foreign exchange management. | It was clarified that the RBI disseminates general information about its functioning as a Central Bank and regulator (including for its role in functions under FEMA, 1999) on its website and through various other media / publications in public domain. The tender document provides the necessary details on general and technical aspects under the detailed scope of work section. The firm was also informed that if any further clarification was required on any specific technical point about the tender, the firm may forward the request through email by 5:00 pm on February 11, 2025. | 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of all interested bidders. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity with the bid document and the clarifications given above. 4.
