Cancellation of Tender

(E-tender No. RBI/Lucknow/HRMD/2/24-25/ET/854)

A pre-bid meeting regarding the e-tendering for the supply of the medicines and non-medical (surgical) items to the dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow was held on February 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM. The meeting was conducted offline at the Meeting room (HRMD), 1st Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow.

2. The list of officials of the Bank and the interested bidders who participated in the pre-bid meeting is given in Annexure-I.

3. The following points were discussed in the meeting: -

1. The vendors were advised to comply with the guidelines and the terms and conditions mentioned in the RFE (Request for Empanelment) document and RFQ (Request for Quotation) document. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the vendors in detail.

2. The vendors were advised not to wait for the last date to quote their respective price bids to avoid any last-minute hassles.

3. The bidders were also informed about the provisions of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG). The bidders enquired about the modes of payment of Earnest Money Deposit and various modes of submission of the same were explained to the vendors in detail.

4. Important points to be kept in mind by the vendors while supplying the medicines like date of expiry, supply of medicines on quarterly basis within the time stipulated in the indent, rules regarding replacement of medicines etc. were explained in detail.

5. The vendors were informed about the submission of bills for payment. It was reiterated that the final bill for payment shall be supported by the original purchase order of the medicines indented.

6. The meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks by Smt. Akansha Gupta, Manager (HRMD).

Corrigendum:

The modified / amended RFQ Document is enclosed. The Bidders are requested to submit the bid after considering the modifications given in corrigendum.
