Medicines may be handed over to the family members at the address mentioned on the credit slip. Whether bills need to be submitted online (scanned copy) or offline to the Bank on monthly basis. | The bills of medicine, along with credit slip and a cover note should reach the Bank by post/courier or hand delivery on monthly basis. | 3. Chemists/Stockists/Suppliers were advised that the application for the empanelment should reach the Bank well before the last date to avoid any last-minute errors/rush and also informed that the EMD for the work (at the time of price-bid) should preferably be transferred in the form of NEFT to the account provided in the Tender Document. The Chemists/Stockists/Suppliers were also advised to register themselves on MSTC portal. 5. Chemists/Stockists/Suppliers shall also note that, all the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting, along with details indicated in the Tender document shall form part of the Tender/Contract. | |
