Cancellation of Tender The captioned e-Tender was published at 11.00 AM on January 10, 2025, on RBI website and MSTC Portal (RBI/Bhubaneswar Regional Office/Issue/1/24-25/ET/743). The Pre-bid meeting was held on January 21, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. in the Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar to clarify the queries of the intending bidders. 2. The meeting was attended by the representatives of 02 (two) firms and officials of RBI, Bhubaneswar as detailed hereunder: | Sl. The meeting was conducted to brief the intending bidders about the tender conditions, clarify any queries thereof and to sensitize them about how to submit e-Tenders on MSTC portal. Further, the queries raised by the representatives of the participating firms, vis-à-vis our clarifications in regard thereto were as under: | Sl. The submission of bid by the firm(s) shall be construed to be in conformity to the tender document and clarifications given above. 8. The meeting concluded by 12:00 PM. Further, in terms of the tender document, interested intending bidder(s) were allowed and guided by Bank’s Official to visit the site/s of work/s / activities, viz. the Bank premises, Vault Area, Remittance Yard, CVPS/SBS Area etc. and acquaint themselves with the site conditions before submitting the e-Tenders. |
