The clarifications given by the Bank with respect to each of these queries / issues are as follows: | Sl. No. | Query by participants | Bank’s Clarification | | 1 | Whether there is any exemption for the registered MSME firms from submission of EMD? | It was clarified that all the firms need to submit EMD of ₹60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) on or before 11:00 Hrs of January 27, 2025, as mentioned in the Para 5 of Section IV of tender document. | | 2 | What amount should be mentioned on the Solvency Certificate mentioned as Annexure-VI of tender document? | It should be equal to the estimated cost of the tender viz. ₹30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only). | | 3 | Whether cartridges will form part of AMC. | It was clarified that cartridges will not form part of AMC. | | 4 | On what basis should prices be quoted in the Price Bid. | It was clarified that vendor should take into consideration, the warranty details of all the IT Assets mentioned in the Annexure - VIII of tender document to arrive at the price for performance of contract during the whole contract period. | | 5 | Will the number of IT assets change during the contract period? | It was clarified that the number of assets may change during the contract period and the same should be taken into consideration while quoting in the price bid. | | 6 | Clarity regarding details of Resident engineers such as mobile number to be filled while applying for the tender | It was clarified that as specified in the tender document all engineers who will be possibly deployed for AMC/ FMS may be specified while applying for tender. | | 7 | Whether Subcontracting is allowed in tendering | It was reiterated that as per the Para 16.20 of tender document, vendor shall not sub-contract the AMC to any organization, person, firm or its franchisee without the prior approval of the Bank. | | 8 | Clarity regarding difference between AMC and FMS in price bid. | It was clarified that IT Assets which are out of warranty will be part of Comprehensive AMC and IT Assets which are under warranty will be part of FMS. | | 9 | Whether ongoing works can be considered as per the Para 2 of eligibility criteria as mentioned in Section II of the tender document | It was clarified that only completed works will be considered for the tender. | | 10 | Whether salaries paid to Resident Engineers should be based on the Minimum wages? | It was clarified that the vendor shall ensure payment of at least the latest Central Government minimum wages to Resident Engineers. | | 11 | What all documents shall be submitted for the quarterly payments | It was clarified that the participants may refer to para 16.21 and 16.22 of the tender document regarding the documents to be submitted for release of quarterly payment. | Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for information to all intending bidders. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall form part of tender. All other parts of the tender document continue to remain unaltered.
