List of empanelled Contractors

A Pre-bid meeting was conducted at 3 pm on November 07, 2024 with respect to the captioned work. The meeting chaired by Shri Pushkar Ekka (GM-Civil) was conducted and list of participants are indicated in Annex I.

2. During the meeting, the following points have been clarified:

1. Letter of undertaking as mentioned in Annex IX of captioned tender may be submitted by intending bidders on their letterhead only in the prescribed format.

2. The applicant applying for multiple categories may submit in a single application along with the required supporting documents as per eligibility for the highest category  and may tick in the relevant boxes as per Annex I for the category/ies for the empanelment . i.e In case, the contractors applying for all three empanelment categories (ticking all boxes in Annex I of the NIT document) and submission of eligibility documents for highest category is also eligible for other two lower categories.

3. One of the eligibility criteria is having own factory set up in making furniture, etc. and all intending bidders are requested to submit the relevant documents to meet the eligibility requirements otherwise they are not eligible for further process.

4. The evaluation parameter as per pre-qualification criteria (Sr No 6 of page 10) , an affidavit as per Annex XVIII (copy enclosed) shall be submitted by the intending bidders to the Bank in case there is no litigation cases during last five years.

5. The format of Client’s report as per Annex VI may be complied with, however, in case there is any changes in the format, it may be ensured that all information/details sought in the Client’s certificate/report shall be submitted. The Bank may confirm the same to concerned client.

6. The submission of the work order for the completed works shall have the scope of similar nature of works as defined in Prequalification criteria (Note (i)). In case any split up of works like separate work orders for civil works and electrical works in different locations even meeting the eligibility criteria will not be accepted. However, for any single work order meeting similar nature of works but timeline in phases will be accepted subject to the works will be completed in all respect.

7. It is clarified that Source (TDS) certificate(s), wherever mentioned in the empanelment document, is applicable only in case of works executed for private companies. For details, please refer to section IV (3a and 3b) under General Instructions to the Applicants for furnishing Information.

8. The process of various parameters in evaluation matrix and the process of selection of successful contractors from empaneled list for specific work were explained and clarified.

9. The timeline for last date of submission may be extended from November 11, 2024 to November 18, 2024 on or before 5 p.m. as requested by one of the applicants citing the delay in receiving their clients report. The opening of NIT will be on November 19, 2024.

NOTE:

1. The Applicants are advised to submit the bid after considering the clarifications given above.

2. This is supplementary to the NIT document and will form part of the NIT.

3. All other terms and conditions and specifications of the NIT document shall continue to remain same.

This document will form a part of the NIT document for the above work and signed copy of this document shall be submitted along with NIT.
