Shri Rajesh Tiwari, M/s Grant Controls Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows. Query: Is site visit possible? Clarification: Yes, the bidders may visit the site before quoting their bids. Query: Is electrician available at the colonies? Clarification: Yes Query: What is the DLP (Defect Liability Period) period? Whether the successful bidder has to submit the Bank Guarantee? Clarification: DLP period is one year after completion of the work. 5% of amount would be deducted from the final bill submitted by the vendor. After one year, this deducted amount would be released to the vendor, provided vendor first submits a Bank Guarantee for 5% of the total quoted amount. Query: Is catalogue to be submitted? Clarification: Yes, bidder should submit all the details along with catalogue. Query: Should Part-I and Part-II be filled and submitted separately? Clarification: Yes, vendors should fill part-1 of the tender document separately. Do not fill 'bill of quantities' in part-I of the tender document. While submitting, Part-I and Part-II of the tender document should be filled and kept separately in two distinct or different covers. Both these covers containing Part-I and Part-II of the tender document should be sealed and kept in another bigger envelope / cover and this bigger envelope / cover should be submitted with "Quotation for SITC of boom barrier opener for BTOQ, ARSQ & ALSQ residential premises, RBI Nagpur" super scribed on it. |
