The Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender (e-Tender no. RBI/Kolkata Regional Office/Estate/6/24-25/ET/349) was held at Estate Department, RBI Kolkata on September 13, 2024 at 14:30 hrs in the Conference Hall, Estate Department, 3rd Floor, Main Office Premise, RBI, Kolkata. 2. The participants of the Pre-Bid meeting is attached as Annex I. 3. All the queries were clarified by the Bank to the satisfaction of the vendors. 4. Regarding helper to plumber, it has been decided that the helper to plumber should be semi-skilled and all the firms may quote their rate accordingly. 5. It has also been clarified that vendors have to mandatorily submit Workmen Compensation Policy and Contractor’s All Risk Policy. 6. All the other terms and conditions of the tender will remain same.
