Corrigendum dated September 10, 2024

In continuation to the earlier corrigendum issues by the Bank in respect to the captioned work, the followings are informed:

1. “Existing hardware” mentioned in BOQ item no. 34 - ANPR shall mean the hardware supplied by the bidder under this contract.

2. Last date of submission of Earnest Money Deposit is same as the last date of submission of tender i.e., up to 14:00 hours on September 12, 2024.

3. Quantity of BOQ item no. 11 and 23 mentioned in the tender (unpriced bid) and price bid are 48 and 170 respectively. However, it has been decided to revise the quantity of BOQ item no. 11 as 40 and quantity of BOQ item no. 23 as 178. For the determination of lowest bidder, the price bids shall be evaluated based on the revised quantities of above two items. As the evaluation would be done by the Bank on revised quantities, communication from MSTC about the declaration of result of the price bid will not be considered final.

All other terms and conditions, specifications etc. as mentioned in the tender shall remain the same.

This document will form a part of the tender document (Part I) for the above work and signed copy of this document shall be submitted along with tender Part-I
